Care & support for you and your baby.

We are delighted to be running an Antenatal and Postnatal clinic in Wong Chuk Hang on Monday afternoons.

 

These consultations will enable mothers and families to obtain Antenatal checks for both the mother and baby and get advice for any concerns.

Our clinic is run by Vicki Marks, a UK & HK registered midwife, and IBCLC.

  • First Monday of every month 1 - 3pm

  • 30 minute appointments

  • HKD700

  • Pre-booking advised

  • Held at The Round Clinic, One Island South, Wong Chuk Hang

Dates:

  • March 4th

  • April 8th (due to Easter break)

  • May 6th

  • June 10th

There will be no clinic in July.

A typical appointment with Vicki may include:

  • Information about diet, exercise & screening tests

  • Blood pressure check & urine test

  • Measurement of the baby's growth

  • Discussion of the birth plan

  • Discussion of the baby's position

  • Discussion of labour choices

  • 40+ weeks membrane sweep if appropriate

  • Postnatal physical check.

  • Infant umbilical cord care.

  • Jaundice check for baby.

  • Breastfeeding advice.

Consultation-specific conditions:

  • Services purchased are not transferable to another person or to another service.

  • Consultations and courses must be booked and paid for in advance. 

  • HKD100 surcharge for Southern District.

  • HKD200 surcharge for visits at the following districts: Northern District, Yuen Long District, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun District and Tai Po District.

  • Surcharges of HKD250 for Sundays and HKD450 for Public Holidays consultations will be applied.

  • For Islands District minimum 1.5 hour visit and HKD200 travel surcharge.

  • Courses are non-refundable from two weeks before the start date of that course.

  • Packages are non-refundable once the package has been started.

  • Packages of 5 home visits are valid for six months from the first consultation.

  • Package prices are based on visits by a locally-based consultant. For visits by a consultant not based in your area, please contact us for more information.

  • Hybrid home and virtual visits are valid for two months from the first consultation.

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to postpone or cancel home consultations.
